Read this carefully! All Toftwood Computing Ltd Products are being distributed under the shareware concept. As such, you may operate a Toftwood Computing Ltd software product for a period of 30 days without registering the software. After the 30 day evaluation period, you must register your product or you will be in direct violation of United States and International copyright laws. This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes only. At any time during the evaluation period you may follow the un-installation instructions for removing the product and freeing you from this license agreement. Furthermore, Toftwood Computing Ltd Software is not responsible for difficulties that may occur while downloading installing or removing this software. In no terms shall Toftwood Computing Ltd Software be held responsible for any data loss, system damage, problems with data transfer, or other related problems with your hardware and software applications. You are reminded, that this is a 30 day evaluation and should you wish to continue using this product you are required to purchase a user license. The author of this program accepts no responsibility for damages that might occur as the result of it’s use and make NO WARRANTY or representation, either express or implied, with respect to this software. This software is distributed on an “AS IS” basis and, YOU, the end user, assume full responsibility for the risk of using it. Registered users are granted a single-use-license from Toftwood Computing Ltd Software. You are allowed to install your registered version of on one home computer, one work computer and one portable computer, simultaneously, provided that only one copy is in use by the registered owner at any time. As this is an electronically distributed product you are NOT granted the right to make copies of the program or any of it’s components including the help files (if any). If there are any problems, you are required to download the program again. Doing so does not constitute a multiple license agreement. You are only entitled to one single-use license. If you wish to share this product with a friend, tell the friend where you acquired this software so that they can download it themselves and receive their own operating license. By accepting this license, you also agree not to make any printed copies of any of the on-line documentation. Lastly, downloading and installing a Toftwood Computing Ltd Software product automatically binds you to the Toftwood Computing Ltd Software End User License Agreement regardless of whether you read it or not.
