| Game Jackal LICENSE AGREEMENT
Copyright law and international copyright treaty protect this software. The user must not copy, reproduce, re-engineer, or tamper with this software or related documentation. The user is granted a "Private Household" license to use this software under the terms specified within this agreement.
- A user can only install and use Game Jackal with games that are legally obtained and within the bounds of the game's license agreement.
- Game Jackal profiles may only be created with the game's original media.
- Game Jackal profiles may not be swapped, exchanged or otherwise transferred to another Game Jackal user.
- Game Jackal employs a "Single User" license agreement, this agreement allows the user to install and use a single Game Jackal license on a single machine. Multiple user licenses must be purchased to install and use Game Jackal on more than one machine.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, de-compile, or otherwise modify the code of any software or documentation component is forbidden.

IN NO EVENT WILL Jacal Consulting BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS AND/OR INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AND THE LIKE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT. ALL PRODUCTS DEVELOPED BY Jacal Consulting OR RELATED PARTIES ARE COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
"Product License" TAMPER AGREEMENT
Copy protection technologies used within this product perform a number of tasks to ensure product security. Any tampering of the protection system may disable this, or any other software using this protection scheme. Jacal Consulting is under no obligation to repair or restore any damage inflicted by users, registered or otherwise to this protection scheme.
