Trial Period
X-NetStat Professional is copyrighted shareware, not freeware. You may use it free of charge for an evaluation period limited to fifteen (15) days only. To continue use of the software, you must purchase a licensed registration code.
Purchased Licenses
When a license is purchased, it is valid for use on one computer. If you wish to use X-NetStat Professional on another computer, you must either remove the software from the original computer or purchase an additional license. Special arrangements, made at the digression of Fresh Software, may allow purchasing of licenses at a bulk rate or a multiple user license for an entire site. Licenses are non-transferable. Fresh Software reserves the right to revoke the license if the user violates its terms.
Redistribution
You may freely redistribute X-NetStat Professional in its original packaged installer form. Redistribution or resale of registration codes is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Fresh Software. If you wish to resell X-NetStat Professional, you may request a resellership by contacting Fresh Software. If you wish to put X-NetStat Professional on a compilation CD, you must contact the author.
