EaseSoft.Net Component Software License Agreement
This License Agreement is the legal agreement between you and EaseSoft.Net for the software,
and any online or electronic documentation ("Package"). By using, copying or installing the
Package,you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you don't agree to
the terms in this License Agreement, immediately remove unused Package.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
EaseSoft.Net grants you the right to use one copy of the enclosed software program(the SOFTWARE)
on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.e., with a single CPU).You may not network
the SOFTWARE or otherwise use it on more than one computer or computerterminal at the same time.
2. LICENSE TO DISTRIBUTE THE EaseSoft BARCODE CONTROL AND DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARIES.
A.The Single User License allows use of the Software for one effective user in your organization.
B.The Developer License allows one Developer royalty-free distribution of the Software internally
and externally up to a limit of 10,000 user.
C.The Single Server License allows use of the Software on one (1) server in your organization, where
a single server may have only 1 CPU and up to 100 unique user accesses to the Software per day.
3. COPYRIGHT
The SOFTWARE is owned by EaseSoft.Net. and is protected by United States copyright laws and treaties.
Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material except that you may either
(a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes, or
(b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or
archival purposes.You may not copy the users manual accompanying the SOFTWARE.
4. DISCLAIMER
The software is provided "as is" without warrant of any kind, either expressed or implied, including,
but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
noninfringement.EaseSoft.Net assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential,which may result
from the use of the software. Further, EaseSoft.Net assumes no liability for losses caused by misuse
or abuse of the software.This responsibility rests solely with the end user.
